​​​Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy​​

As part of our on-going drive to develop, implement and sustain world class Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standard in waste sector in Emirate of Abu Dhabi, TADWEER operates within the direction set out in our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy. This policy document approved by H.E. Chairman where it is outline our commitment to planning, developing, operating and continually improve OSH management System to ensure comply with Regulatory Requirements defined in Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System framework OSHAD SF, International standard ISO45001 and other applicable legal and other requirements to execute defined in Abu Dhabi Waste Management  Center (TADWEER) scope; the policy also details the framework that will help us achieve our OSH objectives. 

The OSH policy emphasises the need for us to comply with all applicable Federal , Local regulatory and other  requirements; it highlights the importance of putting preventive measures in place to avoid and mitigate occupational health & safety risks; it also outlines our commitment to reviewing, monitoring, evaluating and improving our OSH performance. 


Environ​m​ental Policy

As part of our on-going drive to develop, implement and sustain world class Environment standard in waste sector in Emirate of Abu Dhabi, TADWEER operates within the direction set out in our Environmental Policy. The Policy document approved by H.E. Charmain where it is outline our commitment to planning, developing, operating and continually improve Environment management System (EMS) to ensure comply with international standard ISO14001 and applicable Environment legal and other requirements to execute defined in Centre of Waste Management (TADWEER) scope; the policy also details the framework that will help us achieve our Environment objectives. 

The policy highlights the importance of putting prevention measures in place to prevent environment impacts; it also outlines our commitment to reviewing, monitoring and evaluating our OSH performance and improve it. 



Business Continuity Management BCM Policy

As part of our on-going drive to develop, implement and sustain waste sector business, TADWEER developed, implemented, maintained and contently improved Business Continuity Management (BCM) System in comply with National BCM Standard NCEMA 7000:2021 and ISO22301 international standard, we operate within the direction set out in our BCM Policy. The Policy document approved by H.E. Charmain where it is outline our commitment to planning, developing, operating and continually improve BCM management System to ensure continual of essential services and operations defined in Centre of Waste Management – Abu Dhabi (TADWEER); the policy also details the framework that will help us achieve our BCM objectives. 

The policy emphasises the need for us to comply with all applicable regulatory requirements; it highlights the importance of planning, developing and implementing Business continuity plans to ensure response, control and to recover from business interruptions during emergencies, crises and / or disasters; it also outlines our commitment to reviewing, monitoring, evaluating and improving our BCM performance.
